This name is unresolved, but some data suggest that it is an infraspecific name of Rosularia radiciflora (Steud.) Boriss. .

The record derives from WCSP (in review) (data supplied on 2012-03-23 ) which does not establish this name either as an accepted name or as a synonym with original publication details: Fl. Turkey 4: 221 1972.
